How Much Is Too Much?

Far too often an individual with chronic symptoms of either fatigue, stomach pains, anxiety, headaches, and other symptoms will experience the medical runaround so to speak.  The person is given test after test whether it be ultrasound, CT scan, X-Ray, EMG etc...  

Very often these tests are normal and or inconclusive and told to repeat the test in 6 months, or worse, the person is told to wait and watch.  What wait and watch really means is there is no working diagnosis therefore medication and surgery are not an option so just wait for whatever is hurting you to get bigger so it can eventually be covered by insurance and cut out!

I know this sounds harsh however it happens thousands of times per day because no one is actually interested in discovering the true CAUSE of the symptom but merely treating the symptom or masking the pain.

Most ailments of all types cause symptoms, if the cause of the ailment is not discovered, the symptom will never go away.

The three most common causes of all ailments are:

Emotional-  Stuffing down long standing reoccurring hurts, constantly judging yourself, putting yourself down, self-defeat, worry, fear, anger, self-criticism etc.

Nutritional-  Improper consumption of fried foods, processed and packaged foods, over-cooked foods, and chemically altered foods.

Structural- Micro-trauma over a long period of time.

When the cause and origin of the dis-ease is found and removed, the body will always heal itself.  Trust your body, believe in yourself and always love yourself for who you are!
