The human body is the most advanced healing creation in history however very often it is dot treated or seen as such.

Very often I meet with patients who tell me about a past illness they had and are still dealing the fear of it returning.

There are a few rules to keeping your body healthy, if you follow them you will never have to worry about getting sick again!

  • Drink half you body weight in water per day, add electrolytes to the water (coconut water, lemon, lime)
  • Eat primarily raw foods like green leafy vegetables, fruits, seeds, herbs, and nuts.  Avoid fried foods, preservatives, colorings, and food dyes.
  • Keep a positive mental attitude about your life.  Stop worrying about others are doing or saying around you.  Don't trust everything you hear on television.  Let go of fear and doubt, trust yourself and unconditionally love yourself.
  • Appreciate everything in your life, expect your life to improve every day.  Life does not "happen" to you instead YOU are creating it.  If you don't like your life, change your thinking...think the opposite of your current reality!
  • Drink 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar to 8oz water 5 times per day.
