Foods That Contribute to Allergies

Dairy is a food that I have talked about, lectured on, and wrote about for years and explained the potential dangers of consuming dairy.  Whether the food is in the form of milk, kefir, yogurt, cheese, whey protein powder, coffee creamer, or whipped cream unfortunately the dairy will hurt us.

Dairy can slow our liver's ability to remove toxins from the body efficiently which puts extra stress on the pancreas which causes heightened insulin resistance (Pre-Diabetic states).

For people sensitive to dairy it can cause malabsorption issues which makes the large intestines inflammed, decreasing the rate and amount of nutrients it can remove from foods that have been eaten.  In an easier way of thinking about this, malabsorption causes a person to starve without starving themselves!

For many people suffering with seasonal allergies or animal allergies, this heightened allergic response is due to dairy bogging down the liver's ability to remove toxins at a normal rate. 

Try cutting out dairy for 1 week if you are suffering from conditions like:

Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, chronic sinus inflammation and infections, EBV, bacterial infections, bladder infections, IBS, Raynaud's, diabetes, hypoglycemia, and chronic stomach pains.
