Healthy Skin

When we consume healthy foods which are whole foods, uncooked vegetables, fruits, soaked seeds & nuts we are consuming Lipids.  Lipids supply our body with the support it needs to produce healthy skin and prevent skin conditions such as eczema, dry skin, and psoriasis.  Lipids are found in Avocados, nuts, seeds, olives, sardines, egg whites, and many other whole food sources.

A diet consisting mainly of bagels, bread, pasta, oatmeal, candy, pastries, pizza, and white rice will not provide our body with what it needs to make enough lipids to support the skin, reproductive organs, and muscles around the spine.  Symptoms of Lipid deficiency can include chronic pain, infertility, tight muscles, muscle spasms, and headaches.

Be sure to focus on foods that may take a little longer to prepare, such as salads however the benefit to your health will prolong your life and most importantly the quality of your life.
