Sleep

Sleep for many people is a luxury, for other it's a nightmare which can be a frustrating and confusing time.  The most common stressors which can slowly diminish the quality and amount of sleep are:

Stress:  Physical, mental, and emotional stressors are the most common reasons why sleep is effected in a negative way.

Physical stress occurs when we stop exercising, moving, and challenging our muscles.  The less exercise, the tighter our muscle become and the weaker our bones become.

Make sure even if only for a few minutes that you perform some type of weight baring exercises to strengthen the skeletal complex of tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and muscles.

Mental stress occurs when we feel separated from our inner being, our inner self.  We begin overthinking and doubting ourselves causing incredible stress.  

Trusting your intuition and your first thought is always the right thought so learning to trust your heart and gut will reduce stress and calm your inner being.

Emotional stress occurs occurs when we take on the stress from those closest to us...loved ones, friends, family, and co-workers.

Be sure to protect yourself from people who are needy, always taking but never giving back.  Life is meant to be enjoyed, see yourself as perfect and love yourself unconditionally and your life will explode!
