Beyond Health

There are some things when it comes to health that you have to believe without a shadow of a doubt.  The first premise to understand is:

The body has the ability to ALWAYS heal itself.  In order for an ailment, injury, or disease to heal, the source of the stress must be found first.  If the underlying stressor is not detected than the total energy of the body will slowly deplete until each organ is drained of its vital, life supporting energy.

This slow drain of each organ eventually causes symptoms and the goal of medicine is to TREAT the symptoms or attempt to eliminate the symptom.  Unfortunately this does not address the core problem causing the symptoms and the body continues its slow breakdown.  Medicine merely keeps a person symptom free yet in a state of declining health.

The second premise is:

You are more than just a physical body, you are body, mind, and spirit.  You are unlimited potential with the ability to create what ever you desire and live the most amazing life you can imagine.  We are all connected by an unstoppable energy of love and light, our job is to remember we are amazing and pure love.  This energy I am talking about is the power behind our thoughts.  

For example have you ever thought of a friend or loved one and a few seconds or minutes later they call you!  This connection to everyone and everything is a powerful force with the ability to heal diseases and change negative thoughts to positive thus changing our world!

The third premise is that everything is temporary so don't fixate on one event or a time in your life that you think was not good.  Focus on where you want to be in life and have the feeling as though you are already there!
