Giving Thanks

As we enter into the Thanksgiving and holiday season this year I challenge you to change your thinking about yourself and how you see your world.  This is the time of the year when we tend to see the best of others, forgive the wrongs that others have done to you, and overlook minor mistakes in our lives.

What if, instead of just November and December being joyous, loving, and heartfelt months of celebration, you saw yourself and others this way on a regular basis.  What if you let go of judgment towards others and yourself, let go of blame, guilt, name-calling, ridiculing, and beating yourself up, and just decided to see that you are perfect.

Feeling perfect means that you accept and unconditionally love yourself for no other reason than you choose to!  When you allow yourself to feel fully loved and cared for by you, it becomes very easy to give love to others and see others as perfect too.  When you live in this state there is no judgment, competition, or fear-based decision making.  You allow yourself to transform fear into faith, judgment into acceptance, hate into love, and blame into understanding.

What would your life look like if you allowed yourself to unconditionally love who you were without limitations?  What would it feel like to live without the burden of fear and worry over every little thing?

Spend some time this holiday season visualizing your life to its full potential, joy, and excitement.  This will help you live a life filled with divine purpose and self-passion!
