Stress is a tremendous factor in premature aging, it is truly the silent killer and chief aging proponent to our bodies, spirits, and lives!  No one looks back at their lives at age 80 wishing they had spent more time working and less time relaxing with their families, enjoying their free time.  If you are one who runs on fumes rather than building your body up nutritionally, mentally, and physically, you will eventually run out of steam.
Under extreme stress, the adrenal glands release large amounts of cortisol, which can lead to a host of health issues like: Headaches, infections, muscle twitches and spasms, skin irritation, irritability, loss of sex drive, loss of appetite, anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, and impaired judgment.
One of the best foods to eat that will support the adrenal glands are green vegetables such as: Collard Greens, kale, Romaine, Spinach, Spring Greens, Swiss Chard, and Basil.  Seeds are very important in maintaining proper Cortisol balance such as: Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Hemp seeds, Pumpkin, Sesame, and Sunflower Seeds.  Apple, Avocado, Banana, Blackberry, Fig, Green Grapes, Guava, Pineapple, Mango, Raspberries, Papaya, and Plum are excellent fruits to eat for adrenal support.  These foods will help to maintain sugar balance and metabolism as well as boost your energy without the need for coffee.
Our large Intestine is the home for many beneficial strains of bacteria, one strain in particular called Candida Albicans which gets a bad reputation only when the Ph inside large intestine changes due to improper food intake, sugar consumption, emotional changes, and anti-biotic use.  The Candida elongates and mutates into a yeast.  This yeast further mutates into a mold, and finally a fungus which can eat through the digestive tract and become a true detriment to the large intestine.  If this fungus gets out of control it can invade other organs including the brain, reproductive organs, mouth, and stomach causing extreme fatigue, digestive problems, and many other health issues.  An estimated 90% of people has some form of Candida mutations that can be handled naturally.
An old Italian remedy for Candida that I love is a Candid-Fighting salad that uses oregano, oranges, and olive oil.  Cut 4-6 oranges into small digestible pieces into a bowl.  Take an organic bunch of oregano and cut the leaves off into the bowl.  Pour ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil into the bowl, thoroughly mix the ingredients and place into a refrigerator for a half hour.  Be sure to use a bowl that can be locked tight like a Tupperware bowl and eat 1 cup per day.  This combination will take care of any Candida problems in your digestive tract while you are making the necessary nutritional changes to your diet.
