There is so much to read about the subject of heavy metals that it become confusing, scary, and misleading. Heavy metals are found in our water supply, foods, meats, food packaging, medications, plastics, and many other sources. Taking as many steps to avoid as much exposure as possible will help you prevent heavy metal poisoning.
There are a few foods and herbs that work incredibly well in pulling out metals, they are simple to find but make sure you find organic sources of these products:
