The Flu

There are two modes of thought when it comes to the flu:  Allopathic thinking believes in the germ theory and if you are around someone who has the flu, you are very likely to get it.  There is also a belief in a "flu season" which occurs in the early winter and continues until early spring.

Holistic healing centers over time have proven that the flu does NOT have a season, an incredible study done over 20 years ago led by scientists in Spain who tested people randomly through blood analysis who tested positive for the influenza virus yet were symptom free at the time.  The scientist than selected 10 random people who did not test for active influenza virus strains in their bodies.

The experiment required 10 people who were actively fighting the influenza virus but were symptom free to interact with 10 random people who were free of the virus and symptom free.  The subjects were not told whether or not they actually had the active virus strain.  The experiment had people shaking hands, sharing pens and paper material to ensure germs were spread.

Since neither group knew anything about who actually was carrying the virus, after the experiment was completed, only one person who was not testing for the influenza strain actually contracted the virus and showed mild symptoms without a fever.

A second group of 10 people with the active influenza strain were placed into a room with 10 people who did not have the influenza strain, the only difference was after the interactions with each other the scientists did tell the group who had tested positive for the flu.  As a result 9 of 10 people in the non-influenza positive group contracted the flu with moderate to severe symptoms.

This study proved to the world about the power of our thoughts and the impact a fear-based thought can have on our health.  I can tell you with 100% confidence that your current state of health can be  health positively or negatively impacted by your thoughts!!

It is just as easy to believe you are healthy as to believe you are getting sick, I recommend that you make a habit of believing in your body's ability to keep itself healthy!
