Replace and Modify your Eating Habits

o   Avoiding eggs, dairy, soy, cheese, dairy products etc. is the first step in calming down the adrenal glands, which release Adrenaline, which feeds viral strains.

o   Reducing meat (chicken, fish, beef, pork, duck, buffalo, eggs, etc.) to 1 meal per day reduces toxins that feed virus strains.

o   Drink water with lemon/lime for electrolytes, preventing dehydration and assisting the liver detox.

o   Avoid gluten, stick to brown/black rice, ancient grains.

o   Soak all seed/nuts for 24 hours to release the protective enzyme coating allowing the digestive tract to absorb EFA’s properly.

o   Eat raw fruits/veggies.  Do not cook the vegetables.  Heat destroys the enzymes and vitamins which are so beneficial to our health.
